Josh joined the Law Offices of Bruce K. Pazner in January 2012. He is a seasoned litigator, having logged thousands of hours in court. He has a winning track record in both the trial court and the Michigan Court of Appeals. He is licensed to practice law in Michigan and the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan.
While no stranger to the courtroom, Josh also works tirelessly behind the scenes. Cases often hinge on finely-tuned, technical legal arguments, which in turn must often be applied to unusual factual circumstances. Whichever side does a better job presenting its arguments to the court in written form gains a strategic advantage. With that in mind, Josh is a skilled legal researcher and writer. He frames and argues the issues in an organized, skillful, and thoughtful manner, giving team Pazner Law’s clients an edge before the attorneys ever set foot in the courtroom.
Whether researching, writing, or advocating in court, Josh’s talent and experience ensure the best possible legal representation for the clients of team Pazner Law.
His past experience includes working for a Michigan Supreme Court Justice. He also worked on behalf of Sunoco in conjunction with an investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice.
He attended Michigan State University College of Law, where he graduated with honors and received multiple awards for academic excellence.
